SERVICES SUPERVISOR / FACILITY MANAGEMENT in Jubail

Dear Applicants,

We are looking for SERVICES SUPERVISOR for our FM project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of all technicians and support staff assigned to the project.

• Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

• Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and completeness.

• Monitor the status of preventive and corrective maintenance activities

• Follow up on pending work orders and ensure closure within agreed timelines.

• Maintain records of completed jobs and outstanding activities.

• Prepare daily and weekly work schedules.

• Maintain records of materials used and inventory requirements.

• Prepare incident and non-conformance reports when necessary.

• Attend coordination meetings as required.

• Respond professionally to client concerns and service requests.

• Escalate critical issues to management promptly

Qualifications

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building services, or industrial maintenance projects

SALARY:

BASIC_ 2200 SAR to 2500 SAR
