HIRING Estimator cum Procurement Executive (Interior Fit-Out)

Location: Jeddah

Key Responsibilities:

Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documents.

Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and prepare detailed BOQs.

Prepare accurate cost estimates.

Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Prepare comprehensive commercial quotations and proposals for clients, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with project requirements.

Develop pricing sheets, cost breakdowns, and tender submissions.

Coordinate with the design and project teams to resolve technical and commercial clarifications.

Perform value engineering and recommend cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality.

Maintain an updated database of material costs, labour rates, and subcontractor pricing.

Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings whenever required.

Coordinate with the Business Development team during the tendering stage to ensure timely submission of competitive and technically compliant proposals.

Source local and international suppliers for interior fit-out materials.

Issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, and negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions.

Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up until material delivery.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely procurement as per project schedules.

Monitor inventory levels and material requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

Ensure procurement complies with company policies and project budgets.

Requirements

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related Engineering discipline.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out Estimation and Procurement.

Experience within Saudi Arabia is mandatory.

Good knowledge of local material suppliers and subcontractors.

Mandatory Requirements

Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.

Valid Saudi Driving License.

Transferable Iqama preferred.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
