Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing Interior Fit-Out & Joinery division in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing interior fit-out and joinery projects across commercial, retail, hospitality, corporate, and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for interior fit-out, joinery, and renovation projects.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, site visits, and market research.

Meet prospective clients, consultants, architects, project managers, and contractors to promote company services.

Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, and commercial quotations to clients.

Follow up on inquiries, tenders, and project opportunities to maximize conversion rates.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams to ensure timely submission of proposals and project requirements.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets established by management.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, meetings, and opportunities within the CRM system.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience within the Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, Construction, or related industries in Saudi Arabia.

Strong understanding of interior fit-out and joinery solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Arabic-speaking candidates will have a distinct advantage.

Existing network of consultants, contractors, architects, facility managers, and corporate clients within Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.

Experience in commercial offices, retail outlets, hospitality projects, and custom joinery solutions is preferred.
