Project Sales Engineer in Jeddah

We are looking for Project sales Engineer ( Female / Male ) to join our team with the below requirements.

This is junior level role.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue New clients through cold calling, emails, and networking.

2- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs analyses to understand client challenges and tailor persuasive product presentations.

3- Deal Negotiation: Handle client objections, negotiate pricing/contracts, and successfully close sales.

4- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

5- Pipeline Tracking: Document sales activities, update lead statuses, and manage tasks.

6- Target Achievement is Must: Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, or quarterly sales quotas.

1-Essential Requirements Experience: 1+ years of proven work experience in Project sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.

2-Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, persuasion, active listening, and negotiation skills.
