GIS Quantity Surveyor in Riyadh

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented GIS Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, The ideal candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying tasks integrated with GIS mapping and spatial data analysis for infrastructure and construction projects.

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, experience in quantity estimation, and the ability to work with GIS software and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for projects.

Analyze drawings, maps, and technical documents.

Work with GIS data for project planning and quantity calculations.

Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and project reports.

Coordinate with engineering and project teams.

Maintain project documentation and records.

Support tendering and procurement activities.

Ensure accuracy in measurements and quantity calculations.

Assist in project progress tracking and reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, GIS, or related field.

Experience in quantity surveying and GIS-related works preferred.

Knowledge of GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms.

Good understanding of construction drawings and measurements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in infrastructure, utility, or telecom projects.

Familiarity with AutoCAD and surveying software.

Knowledge of tendering and contract documentation.
