Job Description:

Nova Stars Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Equipment Rental Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in equipment rental procurement and supplier management within the construction or contracting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and negotiate equipment rental agreements with suppliers and rental companies.

Obtain competitive quotations and ensure cost-effective procurement.

Coordinate equipment mobilization and demobilization for project sites.

Maintain relationships with rental vendors and service providers.

Monitor rental contracts, rates, and equipment utilization.

Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure equipment availability and timely delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience in equipment rental procurement, preferably in the construction/contracting sector.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Good knowledge of construction equipment and machinery.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple procurement requests.

Arabic language skills are preferred.

Valid transferable Iqama is required.
