Project Manager – Power Transformers in Riyadh

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 12 years of experience in Power, Electrical, Substation, Transformer, and Switchgear projects.

Experience in managing installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Power Transformers and MV/LV Switchgear.

Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, resource management, and contract administration.

Gulf/GCC experience preferred.

Job Description

Plan, manage, and execute Power Transformer and Switchgear projects from initiation to completion.

Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.

Ensure projects are completed within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Develop project schedules, manpower plans, procurement plans, and resource allocation strategies.

Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays and technical challenges.

Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, industry standards, and HSE regulations.

Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and clients.

Review technical documents, drawings, method statements, and risk assessments.

Manage project costs, variations, claims, and invoicing activities.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.

Ensure proper documentation, quality control, and final project close-out procedures.

Maintain strong client relationships and support business development opportunities.
