Civil Supervisor – Construction Company in Dammam

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in building, infrastructure, industrial, or construction projects.

Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, and quality standards.

Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Familiarity with Saudi construction regulations and HSE requirements.

Key Duties:

Supervise daily civil construction activities and workforce.

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.

Monitor productivity, quality, and project progress.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Report daily progress, site issues, and resource requirements.

Inspect completed work and assist with project handover activities.
