Role Description
Build Networks: Develop relationships with local consultants, contractors, and clients.
Drive Revenue: Identify new business opportunities and achieve set sales targets.
Technical Bidding: Prepare technical/commercial proposals and support bidding activities.
Cross-Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering teams to meet client specifications.
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Engineer will work closely with clients to understand technical requirements, present tailored solutions, and support the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up. Daily responsibilities include preparing technical proposals, conducting product demonstrations, responding to tenders, and collaborating with internal engineering and project teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy. The role will involve providing technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases, addressing customer questions, and helping resolve issues related to integrated construction, ICT, and public health solutions. The Sales Engineer will maintain customer relationships, track opportunities in the sales pipeline, and support business development activities through site visits, meetings, and presentations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
Experience: 2-4 years of HVAC sales experience within the Saudi market.
Skills: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems + sharp negotiation skills.
Mobility: Valid Saudi driving license is required.
Status: Transferable Iqama preferred
Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value.
Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including managing client expectations, building long-term relationships, and supporting the full sales lifecycle.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for presentations, proposals, and cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or an equivalent technical discipline.
Experience in construction, ICT, or related technical industries is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and travel to client locations as needed.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail in technical documentation and proposals.
Familiarity with regional market practices and standards in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC is an advantage.
