Job Vacancy :Male Operation Officer
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Operation Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the company’s daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all branches.
Coordinate between different departments to ensure operational efficiency and effective communication.
Prepare periodic operational reports and submit them to management.
Monitor employee performance and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Handle and follow up on Human Resources-related tasks.
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, contractors, technicians, laborers, and other third parties, and follow up on assigned tasks and transactions from start to finish.
Oversee all maintenance activities, including identifying issues, selecting suitable technicians or contractors, supervising work progress, and ensuring successful completion of maintenance projects.
Train new and existing employees and ensure proper understanding of company procedures and operational requirements.
Prepare training materials, operational guidelines, and instructional videos related to work procedures and employee development.
Manage administrative duties, including correspondence, documentation, filing, archiving, and record management.
Manage the company’s social media accounts and create basic designs and promotional materials.
Identify and resolve operational issues and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Monitor business requirements and ensure tasks are executed according to approved plans and company objectives.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Operations, Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Bahraini or Non Bahraini / Local transfer / Flexi Visa / Freelance / Family visa / others
The candidate must be fluent in English, familiar with computer, social media applications and internet research.
The employee must have driving license will be preferable with his own car also accept to work shift
