# Operations Manager – Logistics & Last Mile Delivery

**Location:** Saudi Arabia

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced **Operations Manager** to lead and optimize our last-mile delivery operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing delivery fleets, supervisors, and drivers while achieving high operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day logistics and last-mile delivery operations.

* Lead, train, and supervise operations supervisors and delivery drivers.

* Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including:

* On-Time Delivery

* Order Completion Rate

* Driver Productivity

* Attendance & Shift Compliance

* Customer Satisfaction

* Ensure efficient fleet utilization and workforce planning.

* Analyze operational data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

* Coordinate with clients and internal departments to resolve operational issues.

* Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum **5 years of experience** in logistics or last-mile delivery operations.

* Minimum **2 years of experience** in a managerial role.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

* Experience with delivery platforms or logistics companies such as HungerStation, Ninja, Keeta, Jahez, Noon, or similar organizations is highly preferred.
