Job Title: Transport Coordinator and Dispatcher

We are looking for an experienced Transport Coordinator and Dispatcher to join our premium airport pick-up and drop-off service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and dispatch drivers for airport pick-up and drop-off services.

* Communicate with customers and drivers to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient operations.

* Monitor trip schedules and assign drivers based on availability and operational requirements.

* Track vehicle movements and respond quickly to schedule changes or operational issues.

* Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

* Maintain accurate trip records and prepare daily operational reports.

Requirements:

* Well-experienced as a Transport Coordinator and Dispatcher.

* Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

* Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and dispatch/communication tools.

* Professional, reliable, and customer-focused.
