Ministry of Human Resources
Ministry of Commerce
Balady
ZATCA (when required)
Chamber of Commerce
Municipality portals
Company Documentation
Renew Commercial Registration (CR).
Renew Municipality License (Balady).
Renew Chamber of Commerce membership.
Renew MISA license (if applicable).
Renew civil defense approvals and other company licenses.
Maintain company legal documentation.
Vehicle & Traffic Affairs
Renew Istimara (vehicle registration).
Renew vehicle insurance.
Process traffic fines and ownership transfers.
Coordinate vehicle permits and registrations.
Compliance
Ensure Saudization compliance.
Monitor expiry dates for licenses, Iqamas, passports, and permits.
Prepare compliance reports for management.
Keep updated on Saudi labor laws and regulatory changes.
Administrative Support
