A private family in Umm Al Hassam, Bahrain is seeking a qualified and experienced Dietitian Cum Personal Trainer to support a healthy lifestyle and wellness program for family members.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Prepare personalized diet and nutrition plans
✔ Monitor dietary requirements and health goals
✔ Conduct personal fitness training sessions
✔ Design exercise and weight management programs
✔ Provide guidance on healthy lifestyle habits
✔ Track progress and maintain wellness records
Requirements:
Certified Personal Trainer qualification preferred
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with family members of different age groups.
