Experienced Female Gym Trainer from Overseas India or Local Hire.

A female gym trainer conducts fitness assessments, designs personalized exercise programs, and demonstrates proper, safe techniques for gym equipment. She motivates clients, teaches group classes, and provides nutritional advice to help them achieve health goals, often specialized for women’s needs. The role also involves maintaining a clean, safe, and engaging environment for members.

Key Responsibilities

Assessment & Programming: Evaluate client fitness levels, discuss health goals, and create customized workout plans (strength, cardio, flexibility).

Instruction & Safety: Demonstrate safe use of equipment, teach correct techniques to prevent injuries, and monitor client progress.

Client Motivation: Provide 1-on-1 personal training, encourage consistency, and maintain high engagement levels.

Gym Operations: Maintain clean, safe equipment; assist members with inquiries; and potentially conduct facility tours for new members.

Specialized Training: Deliver group fitness sessions, such as aerobics, yoga, or HIIT classes.

Nutrition & Lifestyle Advice: Offer guidance on proper nutrition and wellness habits.

Requirements & Skills

Certifications: Nationally recognized certification in personal training or fitness instruction.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and engage with clients of various fitness levels.

Professionalism: Punctuality, reliability, and maintaining a welcoming, safe environment.

Physical and Work Environment

Physical Activity: Ability to demonstrate exercises and stand for long periods.

Schedule: Flexible hours, often including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

10 to 12 Hours Duty.

Weekly one day off.

Salary based on experience.
