Hiring: Administrative Assistant Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 5,100
We are currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant role with a reputed organization in Jeddah.
We are looking for professionals with strong experience in office administration, sales support, quotation handling, LPO processing, document control, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day office administration, documentation, filing, records, and scheduling
• Support quotations, LPOs, invoices, order documentation, and customer/supplier follow-ups
• Maintain reports, trackers, and records with strong Excel proficiency
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, finance, operations, and customers for smooth workflow
• Manage customer requests, internal communications, and commercial documentation
• Ensure proper document control and accurate record keeping
• Support meetings, presentations, travel arrangements, and office activities
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in Administration / Sales Coordination / Office Support
• Strong knowledge of LPOs, quotations, invoices, and customer coordination
• Good working knowledge of Excel, MS Office, email, and ERP/CRM systems
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Good English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
• Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate to Jeddah
Candidates with experience in building materials, construction, trading, industrial supply, or customer service support will be highly preferred.
