We Are Hiring: HR & Administrative Officer
Company: China Smart City W.L.L
Location: Bahrain
Position: HR & Administrative Officer
Employment Type: Full-time
China Smart City W.L.L is looking for a responsible and well-organized HR & Administrative Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle daily HR and administrative work.
2. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and attendance.
3. Prepare and organize company documents, letters, and reports.
4. Coordinate with government authorities, service providers, and internal departments when required.
5. Support office operations and other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in HR, administration, or office management is preferred.
2. Good communication and coordination skills.
3. Proficient in English; Arabic or Chinese language skills will be an advantage.
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office.
5. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
