Job Vacancy: Admin / Office Coordinator

Location: Bahrain

Nationality :Prefered Bahraini

Gender :Male/Female

Company: Interior Design & Fit-Out Firm

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin / Office Coordinator to join our growing Interior Design & Fit-Out team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office administration and daily operations.

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project documentation.

Prepare quotations, invoices, and correspondence.

Follow up with clients, suppliers, and contractors.

Maintain filing systems and company records.

Support project managers and the design team with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or a similar role.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in interior design, construction, or fit-out industry is an advantage.
