التقدم الى Quality Control (QC) Manager – Saudi Aramco Approved in Dammam

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all quality control activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, Saudi Aramco standards, applicable codes, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System.

• Manage and supervise all QC personnel and quality related activities on assigned projects.

• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and contractual requirements.

• Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams on quality-related matters.

• Monitor inspections, audits, and testing activities to ensure adherence to quality requirements.

• Investigate non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness.

• Prepare and submit quality reports, audit reports, and management review reports.

• Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Registration.

• Saudi Aramco Approved QC Manager certification/approval is mandatory.

• Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in construction, EPC, infrastructure, or industrial projects.

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards, Quality Management Systems, and construction quality requirements.

• Proven experience managing quality teams on large-scale projects.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in quality documentation, reporting, and auditing processes.
