Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Good knowledge of employee relations, attendance management, and HR documentation.
* Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and HR processes is preferred.
* Experience in handling employee records, leave management, and payroll-related documentation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
* Good command of English; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
* Monitor attendance, leave records, and overtime reports.
* Assist in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
* Prepare HR letters, contracts, and other employee-related documents.
* Coordinate employee accommodations, transportation, and other welfare activities as required.
* Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and attendance records.
* Assist in employee orientation and training coordination.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
* Handle general HR administrative duties and support the HR department in daily operations.
Additional Information:
* Factory is located approximately 100 km from Riyadh.
* Experience in a manufacturing/factory environment will be preferred.
