Urgent hiring ” RECEPTIONIST – Admin Assistant ”

Work Timing: 7:30am to 4:30pm (30min break)
Age: 27-30 YRS OLD – must be Single
Office Location: Sitra
Rest Day: Friday – Saturday
Accommodation: not included
Transportation: To – From work arranged by Company
******IMMEDIATE JOINING, APPLICANT MUST BE IN BAHRAIN******
Duties:
1. Answering telephone calls and transferring to concerned persons
2. Monitoring of emails assigned to Sales.
3. Provide administrative and clerical support to all individuals
– Receiving and distributing inquiries or LPO to concern people (sales and accounts)
– Drafting quotations & sending to clients if required.
4. Filing quotation and Maintaining tracking for inquiries, quotations, LPO
5. Monthly monitoring & request of grocery items and office stationary for company
