Domino’s Pizza: Kitchen Store Manager Needed (Urgent Hiring)!!
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for making great standard pizza and other menu items in a timely and correct manner. Ensure to serve standard quality food, with proper hygiene, and adhere to food safety standards.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES (Key Areas)
1. Products
– Ensure to make great pizza and other menu items in line with latest Job Aids.
– Practice and ensure proper dough management with PRP (pre-rush prep).
2. Service
– Always greet the customer, smile with enthusiasm, and ensure customer satisfaction.
– Make sure store always achieve HTA standards (load time goal of 3 minutes and OTD of less than 15 minutes).
– Take customer order and ensure to follow proper order-taking etiquette.
3. Image
– Ensure to wear a complete uniform and follow proper grooming and personal hygiene standards.
– Ensure to maintain cleanliness of the exterior and interior of the store.
– Practice cleaning as you go always.
4. Food Safety
– Practice proper hand washing and wear aprons and hand gloves before making products
– Ensure to clean and sanitize every 2 hours for equipment and utensils or as needed.
– Ensure to follow FIFO (First in First Out) and make sure to identify and inform management on expired products for discard.
– Monitor equipment temperatures; inform management regularly, and make sure to practice municipality and food safety guidelines.
– Make sure practice and always ready the 3 C sink setup(wash, rinse, sanitize).
5. Safety & Loss Prevention
– Always adhere to personal and store safety guidelines.
– Ensure proper cash handling and be aware on how to detect fake bills.
6. Others
– Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
A. Education and Experience
– Minimum High School Graduate or Diploma Degree
– With at least 2 years’ experience in QSR or in a related industry.
– Good Communication Skills
– Team Player: Can work along with other team members
– Customer Service Oriented
– Good attitude and pleasing personality
– Must be computer literate
B. Competency Requirements

– Attentive and has a good eye on details
