We are looking for a qualified HR Officer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle attendance, leave, and employee relations matters
Support payroll and benefits administration
Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor laws and company policies
Requirements:
Bahraini nationality
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous HR experience is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of Bahrain labor regulations
Nationality Required: Bahraini
Employment Type: Full-Time
