HR Recruiter in Manama

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must be currently residing in Bahrain, available for immediate joining, and possess a solid understanding of Bahrain labor law and local recruitment practices. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing qualified candidates, and supporting HR compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Create and publish job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews.

Perform candidate reference checks and employment verification.

Ensure recruitment activities comply with Bahrain labor law and company policies.

Coordinate offer preparation, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.

Maintain recruitment databases and applicant tracking records.

Develop relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks.

Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics for management review.

Support HR activities related to employee onboarding and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within Bahrain or the GCC.

Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor law and employment regulations.

Proven experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Currently residing in Bahrain.

Available to join immediately.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in agency or corporate recruitment.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.

Experience recruiting across multiple industries and job levels.
