Job Title: Senior Technical Mechanical Engineer (High-Rise Hotel Projects)

China Railway 18 Bureau Group is looking for a highly experienced Technical Mechanical Engineer to support our high-profile high-rise hotel construction projects.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in mechanical engineering

• Proven experience in high-rise building projects (mandatory)

• Hands-on involvement in 4-star and 5-star hotel developments

• Strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical systems

• In-depth knowledge of design review, installation, testing, and commissioning

Important Note:

Candidates without high-rise building experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all mechanical engineering aspects of high-rise projects

• Prepare and coordinate mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications

• Prepare compliance with international standards and project requirements

• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and architectural teams

• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems

• Provide technical solutions to complex engineering challenges
