Maintenance Technician in Jeddah

We are seeking a highly skilled maintenance technician in Jeddah and Riyadh. You will be responsible for:

* Maintain and repair all types of Building Maintenance Units (BMU),

* Install (Equipment Assembly) & test of the BMU and related equipment.

* Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment and electrical issues.

* Conducting routine inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and preparing maintenance reports. The role demands effective collaboration with team members to ensure the reliability and safety of equipment in high-rise and commercial buildings.

* Develop, implement, and direct all emergency programs

* Maintenance of all our project’s systems to ensure they are in a safe and proper condition, and take direct action when any unsafe situations arise.

* Perform scheduled maintenance visits according to project plans.

Technical Qualifications

Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Qualifications

* Technical skills in installation, maintenance, and repair of BMU systems, including Roof Cars, Monorail Systems, and Moving Scaffolding Systems

* Experience in inspections, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and conducting comprehensive maintenance, corrective, and preventive maintenance.

* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar design software.

* Strong knowledge of automated systems, PLC, including programming and advanced troubleshooting/diagnostics.

* Panel Building: Design and assemble electrical control panels

* Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration

* Technical certifications in BMU systems, mechanical, and electrical fields are a plus

* Strong knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems.

* Ability to work comfortably at heights.

* English language: Good written and verbal skills

* A valid driving licence is required.

* Transferable iqama.

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience with BMUs, cranes, elevators, heavy lifting, or industrial equipment
