Looking for Sr. Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong financial and operational knowledge in the Food & Beverage sector. The candidate must be skilled in handling daily accounting tasks, cost control, and reconciliation using Foodics and other financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliations.

Monitor and record daily sales from the Foodics system.

Review and verify Foodics reports, discounts, voids, and payment methods.

Track inventory, cost of goods sold (COGS), and wastage reports.

Prepare monthly financial reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets.

Manage petty cash, supplier invoices, and payments.

Coordinate with restaurant managers to ensure accurate daily closings.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Support external and internal audits as required.

Provide financial insights to improve cost efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years accounting experience in F&B or hospitality.

Strong knowledge of Foodics , Xero and other Accounting systems

Proficiency in Excel, accounting software, and POS integrations.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
