Sales Executive – Stretch Division

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Stretch Division.

Requirements:

✅ Nationality: Egyptian, Syrian, or Jordanian candidates

✅ Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills

✅ Previous experience in sales, preferably in stretch materials

✅ Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships

✅ Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-oriented

✅ Valid driving license is an advantage

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

🔹 Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory

🔹 Promote and sell the company’s stretch products

🔹 Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients

🔹 Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends

🔹 Prepare and submit quotations in a timely and accurate manner

🔹 Follow up on sales inquiries and convert leads into business

🔹 Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs

🔹 Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and managing plastic cutting machines, ensuring accurate cutting, smooth production flow, high-quality output, and efficient machine performance while maintaining safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Operate and manage plastic cutting machines according to production requirements

🔹 Set up, adjust, and calibrate machine settings for different materials and job specifications

🔹 Monitor cutting quality and ensure accuracy and consistency throughout production runs

🔹 Read and interpret production orders, technical drawings, and cutting specifications

🔹 Perform machine changeovers and material loading as required

🔹 Conduct routine machine inspections and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime

🔹 Coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs and preventive maintenance activities

🔹 Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and production targets

🔹 Maintain accurate production records, machine logs, and material usage reports

🔹 Work effectively with the production team to achieve daily and monthly production goals
