About Us:
– Sky Color Car is a leading automotive workshop specializing in high-quality car bodywork, maintenance, and paint services. We are expanding our B2B sales team and seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive business growth by securing partnerships with fleet operators, car rental companies, dealerships, and other corporate clients.

Job Responsibilities:
– Identify and develop new B2B clients (fleet managers, rental agencies, dealerships, etc.) for car maintenance, bodywork, and paint services.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
– Understand client needs and propose tailored service solutions.
– Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
– Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
– Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
– Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager in automotive repair, bodywork, or paint services
• Strong network in the automotive industry (fleet companies, rental agencies, etc.)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred
• Fluent in English & Arabic
