Core Duties & Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick items from inventory, count them, and pack them into correct boxes/containers for shipment.

Quality Control: Inspect products for defects, damage, or discrepancies and remove any faulty items.

Packaging: Securely seal, wrap, and label packages with accurate information, using protective materials as needed.

Machinery Operation: Safely operate packaging equipment, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.

Documentation & Tracking: Log shipping details, update inventory records, and use scanners for tracking.

Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols, wearing required PPE.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, rotate stock, and move finished goods to storage or loading docks.

Teamwork: Communicate with supervisors and colleagues to meet production targets and resolve issues.
