Job Opening – Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor (E&I) in Jubail

Position: E&I Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor to lead site execution for industrial/EPC projects. The candidate must be capable of managing manpower, ensuring quality execution, and coordinating with multiple disciplines under strict project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control daily site activities for E&I works

• Lead execution of MV / LV electrical systems installation

• Oversee transformer installation, alignment, testing, and energization support

• Manage cable tray routing, installation, and fabrication works

• Supervise cable pulling, dressing, glanding, and termination (MV/LV)

• Ensure proper installation of panels, MDB, SMDB, DB, and control panels

• Supervise busbar / BBT system installation and connections

• Handle instrumentation installation (field instruments, JB, tubing, cable laying & termination)

• Ensure compliance with IFC drawings, method statements, and project specifications

• Monitor and enforce HSE requirements at site

• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and other trades

• Conduct inspections and coordinate with QA/QC for RFIs

• Support testing & commissioning and punch list clearance

• Maintain daily progress reports and manpower tracking

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of SLD, layout drawings, cable schedules, loop diagrams

• Experience in industrial projects (Oil & Gas / Substation / Plant / Commercial)

• Familiar with Saudi Aramco / SEC / IEC standards

• Ability to plan work fronts and manage deadlines

• Knowledge of quality control procedures (ITP, inspection stages)

Education:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Technology (Mandatory)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years total experience

• 2–3 years as Supervisor in GCC (preferred)

• Experience in EPC / industrial / infrastructure projects
