HR Recruiter in Manama

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter who is currently based in Bahrain and available for immediate joining. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment and coordination skills, along with working knowledge of Bahrain labor law, visa procedures, and HR administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and recruitment channels

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates

Prepare job postings and maintain candidate databases

Handle onboarding documentation and employee joining formalities

Assist with visa processing, LMRA, GOSI, CPR, and other Bahrain HR procedures

Ensure recruitment activities comply with Bahrain labor law and company policies

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Support general HR and administrative activities when required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

1–3 years of recruitment or HR experience preferred

Must be currently available in Bahrain

Immediate joiners are highly preferred

Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law and HR processes

Familiarity with LMRA, GOSI, visa processing, and onboarding procedures

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms

Preferred Skills

Experience in bulk hiring or agency recruitment

Strong negotiation and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and reporting
