Job Opportunity: Division Incharge – Sales & Execution (Fabrication Works)

We are seeking a high-caliber, result-oriented Division Incharge to lead our Fabrication Works department. This is a unique “hybrid” role designed for a professional who possesses both the commercial network to bring in high-value projects and the technical expertise to lead them through to completion.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial engineer who can function as a business partner within the company—leveraging personal industry connections to secure contracts and managing the full lifecycle for execution of fabrication projects.

The Division In-Charge will be responsible for managing sales operations, generating leads, getting inquiries, maintaining excellent customer service, closing the lead by getting work-awards and overseeing channel sales and efficient and effective execution of the works. He will also handle communication with clients, develop sales strategies, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales (The “Hunter” Phase)

• Leverage Networks: Proactively bring in new business opportunities through existing professional relationships, client networks and industry resources.

• Tendering & Bidding: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring competitive yet profitable pricing.

• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations from initial inquiry to final handover.

2. Project Execution & Management (The “Builder” Phase)

• Resource Planning: Mobilize available in-house teams and vet/appoint external sub-contractors or specialized vendors as needed.

• Technical Oversight: Ensure all fabrication works (structural steel, pressure vessels, piping, etc.) meet international standards (AWS, ASME etc.) and client specifications.

• Operational Control: Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure zero-defect delivery.

• Site Leadership: Lead on-site installation and commissioning activities, ensuring strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment protocols.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Category Requirements

Education Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience 5+ years in Steel Fabrication, with at least 3 years in a leadership/sales role.

Network Proven track record of bringing in projects (Oil & Gas, Construction, or Industrial sectors).

Technical Proficiency in reading structural drawings, AutoCAD, and project scheduling software.

Required Skills Strong negotiation skills, “fixer” mentality, and the ability to lead diverse labor teams.

Expertise in Sales Operations and Channel Sales

Excellent Communication skills

Ability to develop and implement sales strategies

Execution of the project with team as per the best industry practise

Efficient progress and completion of the works.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in the MEP/ Fabrication sales industry in Saudi Arabia is a MUST.

Monthly Business & Sales Target: Minimum 500k to 700k SAR per month and so on.

Salary & emoluments: Basic 5000 SAR + Food Allowance + Accommodation + Transportation & Petrol + 1-2% Commission on Monthly Sales business by you. More weightage on Sales for motivation towards Sales.
