Manager – Reporting in Riyadh

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Reporting to oversee company-level and segment-level financial reporting. The role will require close collaboration with the General Ledger Manager, Warehouse, and E-commerce teams to streamline data flows in Odoo, enhance reporting accuracy, and build insightful dashboards in Power BI for management decision-making. The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in retail (consumer goods) & e-commerce operations, financial analysis, and business performance reporting, with the ability to link operational data to financial results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate company-level profit and performance reports.

• Develop segment-level reporting (e.g., online sales vs. offline sales, showrooms vs. marketplaces).

• Track and report operating overhead expenses and establish monitoring dashboards.

• Produce branch-level sales and profitability reports with monthly analysis.

• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and E-commerce Manager to deliver stock, sales, and SKU-wise performance reports.

• Manage and reconcile marketplace performance reporting (Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, etc.).

• Develop inventory order management models to optimize ordering cycles, minimize stockouts/cancellations, and avoid overstocking through forecasting.

• Design and implement budgeting and forecasting models (short-term and long-term).

• Prepare monthly performance dashboards covering branches, online sales, and marketplaces.

• Establish expense allocation methodologies across business segments (online, offline, marketplaces, and showrooms).

• Contribute to HR-related financial policies, including commissions, bonuses, and appraisal-linked incentives.

• Assist in developing company-wide accounting policies and reporting standards.

• Support the General Ledger Manager in streamlining data entry and financial processes.

• Drive integration of Odoo ERP reports with Power BI to deliver real-time dashboards for management.

• Mentor and guide accounting/reporting staff to enhance analytical and reporting capabilities.

• Prepare other ad-hoc financial and operational reports as required by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Professional certifications preferred: CMA, ACCA, CPA, or CA.

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in management reporting, with strong exposure to the retail / FMCG / e-commerce sector.

• Expertise in Odoo ERP reporting and ability to work on system-generated data.

• Strong knowledge of Power BI (report building, DAX, dashboards) – highly preferred.

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills (pivot tables, Power Query, scenario modelling, forecasting).

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Ability to interpret and analyse sales, inventory, and operational KPIs.

• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally (Finance, Operations, HR, E-commerce).

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
