HSE SUPERVISOR/ENGINEER CONSULTANT ROLE in Riyadh

Job Title: HSE Supervisor – Solar PV Project (10–15 Years Experience)

Location: Qassim Region, Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Project Overview:

Join a 1.5 GW utility-scale solar PV project, part of a national renewable energy initiative supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. Commercial operations are targeted for Q1 2027.

Role Summary:

The HSE Supervisor will oversee health, safety, and environmental performance across all contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project standards and Saudi regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce HSE compliance for contractors/subcontractors

Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks

Review and approve HSE plans, method statements, and risk assessments

Maintain comprehensive HSE documentation and reporting

Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Environmental Engineering, or related field

10–15 years of HSE experience in large-scale construction or renewable energy projects

Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international standards

Proven experience in contractor HSE management and auditing

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Reporting Line: Reports to the Project HSE Manager
