Job Summary:

We are urgently looking for an experienced HR Specialist with strong expertise in government sector processes, HR operations, and data management. Candidate must have solid experience with government systems and employee data handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update employee information on government portals (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, VISA, etc.)

Handle contracts, renewals, documentation, and HR compliance

Process Iqama renewal, transfer, exit/re-entry, and related government tasks

Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate data records

Support HR operations across departments

Ensure all HR documentation is updated and organized

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar field

2–3 years HR experience (Government sector experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law & government portals

Excellent data management and reporting skills

Strong communication skills
