We Are Hiring – Operations Engineer

Location: Jubail Industrial Support

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mechanical fabrication, piping works, mechanical equipment, basic electrical systems, process improvement, and technical evaluation—along with the ability to identify and evaluate new work opportunities.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Analyse current operational workflows and identify.

2. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and improvement tools to enhance efficiency.

3. Monitor operational performance and track KPIs.

4. Supervise daily mechanical and electrical operational activities.

5. Review and interpret mechanical and piping drawings.

6. Inspect and troubleshoot valves, pumps, heat exchangers, and related equipment.

7. Conduct technical evaluations for mechanical and electrical works.

8. Participate in operational and improvement projects.

9. Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.

10. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.

11. Exp. Maintenance, Production, and Quality departments.

12. Prepare technical and operational reports.

13. Identify new mechanical and electrical work opportunities within the facility.

14. Provide technical input for project proposals.

• Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

2. 3–5 years of experience in mechanical fabrication, piping, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, and basic electrical systems.

3. Experience in process analysis, improvement, and technical evaluation.

4. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

5. Knowledge of HSE and quality management systems.
