Job Title: Procurement Engineer (Mechanical)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience: 5-9 Years

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years of experience in procurement, particularly in the mechanical engineering sector, and will be responsible for ensuring the timely acquisition of materials and services for projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the procurement process for mechanical equipment, materials, and services.

Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the best value for the company.

Collaborate with project teams to determine procurement requirements and delivery timelines.

Maintain detailed records of procurement activities, including quotations, purchase orders, and supplier correspondence.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Monitor supplier performance and resolve any procurement issues that arise during project execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience will also be considered.

5-9 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on mechanical systems or equipment.

Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract negotiations, and supplier management.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus.
