Job Description

Position: Rigger Level II

Approval: Aramco Certified

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in oil & gas, construction, or industrial lifting operations.

Location: As required (onshore/offshore)

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform safe rigging operations in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards and project-specific lifting plans.

Assist in preparing lifting gear, slings, shackles, and lifting accessories.

Inspect all rigging equipment before use to ensure compliance and safety.

Communicate effectively with crane operators, riggers, and supervisors using standard hand signals and radio communication.

Support in loading/unloading materials and equipment using cranes, forklifts, or other lifting machinery.

Follow all HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) guidelines and participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.

Report any unsafe conditions or equipment defects immediately to the lifting supervisor.

Ensure proper weight distribution and load balance before performing lifts.

Maintain accurate logs of rigging activities and equipment checks.

Requirements

Aramco Approved Rigger Level II Certificate (valid and verifiable).

Strong knowledge of lifting procedures, rigging tools, and equipment.

Familiarity with risk assessment, hazard identification, and safe work practices.

Good physical fitness and ability to work in demanding environments.

Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
