Government Relations Specialist (GRS) in Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced and proactive (expatriate – Bilingual- English & Arabic) Government Relations (GR) Specialist with Transferrable Iqamah.

You will serve as the primary liaison between the company and all levels of Saudi government authorities, responsible for ensuring operational compliance and efficiently managing all government-related licenses, permits, and human resources matters.

The successful candidate must have an in-depth understanding of Saudi Labor Law and Commercial Regulations, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.

· Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Government Relations, Compliance, or similar role within Saudi Arabia. Experience in the maintenance, engineering, or technical services industry is a significant advantage.

· Legal Knowledge: Must be thoroughly familiar with Saudi Labor Law, Commercial Companies Law, and relevant foreign investment regulations.

· Skills:

· Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential. Arabic is mandatory for government communication.

· Proficiency in operating key Saudi government e-service platforms.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong planning, multi-tasking, and ability to work under pressure.

· Personal Attributes: Integrity, attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and strong problem-solving capability.
