Sales & Business Development Specialist in Khobar

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Sales & Business Development Specialist from Facility management background company, The candidate will have complete responsibility for business development, team building, execution, marketing, and overall profitability.

Nationality – Any

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategy

• Lead end-to-end business development and client acquisition

• Oversee project execution, operations, and delivery

• Handle marketing strategy, branding, and market positioning

• Prepare budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability

• Report directly to top management with full P&L responsibility

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in same position

• Proven experience in starting or scaling a business/unit

• Strong background in business development, operations, and team management

• Experience in Facility management, Contracting or related sectors only

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
