A well reputed company is seeking a skilled and dedicated Administrative Staff member. With a track record of success and a commitment to delivering high quality service, we value integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management and team.
Organize office supplies and manage inventory.
Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism.
Maintain and organize office files (physical and digital).
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage logistics for company events.
Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense reporting.
Prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
Perform general office tasks including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all administrative duties.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong English Language, written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting is a plus.
