Job Title: Business Development Executive – Manpower Rental Services

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with strong proven experience in manpower rental services in KSA. The candidate must have excellent market knowledge, a strong client network, and the ability to secure manpower supply contracts.

Responsibilities:

Develop new business opportunities in manpower rental and contract staffing.

Approach and secure clients in construction, oil & gas, logistics, facility management, industrial services, and related sectors.

Build strong relationships with procurement, HR, project, and operations teams.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and manpower supply agreements.

Negotiate rates, contract terms, and payment conditions.

Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams to ensure smooth manpower deployment.

Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in manpower rental, manpower supply, outsourcing, or contract staffing.

Strong network and client base in the Saudi market.

Proven ability to close manpower supply contracts.

Good knowledge of manpower categories, pricing, mobilization, and client requirements.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
