Location: Al Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Commission-Based Van Salesman to promote and distribute our FMCG product portfolio across the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia.

This opportunity is ideal for ambitious sales professionals who are confident in building customer relationships and maximizing their earnings through performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit supermarkets, grocery stores, mini markets, cafeterias, restaurants, and wholesale customers according to assigned routes.

* Introduce and sell the company’s FMCG product range to both existing and new customers.

* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

* Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular visits.

* Prepare quotations and negotiate orders professionally.

* Collect customer orders and ensure timely product delivery.

* Follow up on outstanding payments when required.

* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

* Ensure proper merchandising and product visibility at customer locations.

* Maintain accurate daily sales reports and customer visit records.

* Keep the assigned vehicle clean and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

* Previous experience in FMCG van sales within Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.

*cValid Saudi driving licence (mandatory).

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong understanding of the local retail and wholesale market.

* Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.

* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

* Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

* Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia are preferred.

* Immediate joiners will be given priority.
