📢 **We Are Hiring – Senior Business Development & Sales Professionals**
We are looking for highly experienced, well-connected, and result-oriented professionals who can bring new projects, clients, contracts, and business opportunities to our company.
1. Senior Business Development / Project Acquisition Manager
**Required Experience:** Minimum 8–10 years
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Bring new projects, contracts, and corporate clients to the company
• Identify and approach potential clients, contractors, consultants, and decision-makers
• Generate qualified business leads and convert them into confirmed projects
• Attend client meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
• Develop strong relationships with government, semi-government, and private-sector clients
• Maintain an active network of clients and industry professionals
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual project acquisition and revenue targets
• Coordinate with estimation, operations, and management teams during the bidding process
**Requirements:**
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Business Development, Project Acquisition, or Corporate Sales
• Proven track record of successfully bringing projects and generating business revenue
• Strong existing network of clients and decision-makers in the relevant industry
• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and deal-closing skills
• Strong knowledge of tenders, quotations, proposals, contracts, and bidding procedures
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets
• Candidates must provide details of projects, clients, or revenue generated in previous roles
• Relevant industry experience is mandatory
2. Senior Sales Manager
**Required Experience:** Minimum 7–10 years
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Generate new clients, sales opportunities, and long-term business contracts
• Develop and implement effective sales and client acquisition strategies
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market development plans
**Requirements:**
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Sales and Business Development
• Proven record of achieving high-value sales targets
• Strong client network and excellent deal-closing ability
• Experience in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of CRM, sales reporting, and market analysis
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle preferred
