Urgent Purchaser & Logistics Coordinator (Building Materials, Safety, And MEP) in Riyadh

Location: Riyadh Region (Showroom: Malaz, Ar Rail Street)

Salary: SAR 2,500–3,000 per month

Driving License: Valid KSA license required

Availability: Immediate joiners preferredAbout the Role

We are seeking a motivated Purchaser & Logistics Coordinator to handle procurement and logistics for building materials, safety products, and MEP items. The ideal candidate understands supplier sourcing, price negotiations, and end-to-end deliveries across the Riyadh region.Key Responsibilities

Source and purchase building materials, safety items, and MEP products

Negotiate prices, credit terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers

Create POs, track orders, and maintain inventory levels

Coordinate deliveries, routes, and documentation across Riyadh

Verify quality/specifications and manage returns/claims when needed

Maintain supplier database and cost comparisons

Support showroom requests and site delivery requirements

Requirements

Experience in purchasing/logistics within building materials, safety, or MEP

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

Good knowledge of Riyadh market and routes

Valid KSA driving license (mandatory)

Basic computer skills (POs, spreadsheets, WhatsApp/email coordination)

Arabic and/or English communication
