Operation Executive – Filipino in Manama

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day backend operations of our website/marketplace. The role involves vendor coordination, product and data management, website updates, and customer/vendor support. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple responsibilities and keeping senior management informed of all operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

Perform complete data entry including product details, images, banners, and other website content

Verify, approve, and onboard vendors

Verify new products and ensure accuracy of product listings

Check, verify, and correct images and data uploaded on the website

Verify subscriptions and match accounts accurately

Manage offers and deals, including uploading, updating, and removing promotions

Communicate with vendors regarding onboarding, orders, and operational queries

Handle wholesale orders and coordinate fulfillment

Resolve login issues and other website-related problems

Coordinate and implement website changes and updates

Upload and manage news, blogs, and other content

Handle tickets and provide support to vendors and customers

Address any other operational issues as required

Keep the Managing Director informed of all activities, issues, and updates

Requirements

Experience in operations, admin, or e-commerce backend management

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines

Basic understanding of websites, CMS, and admin panels

Problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude

Preferred Skills

Experience with marketplace platforms or e-commerce websites

Vendor management and support handling

Knowledge of offers, subscriptions, and order workflows
