Administration & Sales Coordinator (Female Only)

Turood Logistics Services is urgently looking for a female Administration & Sales Coordinator to join our team.

This position combines both administrative and sales responsibilities. The candidate will manage daily office operations while also communicating with existing customers and generating new business opportunities.

📋 Main Responsibilities:

• Handle daily office and administrative tasks professionally.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and operational documents.

• Communicate and follow up with existing clients.

• Search for new customers and generate sales opportunities.

• Support sales activities and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with drivers and operations regarding shipments and deliveries.

• Maintain organized customer records and company documents.

• Use Microsoft Office programs efficiently, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

✅ Requirements:

• Female applicants only.

• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Previous experience in administration or sales is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of logistics/shipping is an advantage.

• Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.

• Organized and able to multitask.

💰 Salary:

200 BHD + Commission
