Female Recruitment Officer in Dammam

???? Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Focus on recruitment strategies specifically targeting female candidates for all roles within the organization.

Conduct in-depth interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications.

Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, etc.) to source candidates.

Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data.

Act as a brand ambassador, providing a positive candidate experience.

✅ Qualifications:

Proven work experience (minimum 3 years) as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.

Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken (English)

Strong understanding of HR processes and recruitment best practices.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priority roles simultaneously.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
