تفاصيل الوظيفة
Production Supervisor – Supervise and control daily production activities according to the production plan
– Ensure machines and equipment are operated efficiently and safely
– Monitor production output, cycle times, and material usage to achieve targets
– Ensure proper setup and changeover of molds, dies, or extrusion tools as required
– Adjust machine settings for quality or efficiency improvements
– Recommend corrective actions for recurring production or operator issues
– Assign tasks and responsibilities to operators and technicians
– Ensure products meet defined specifications and quality standards
– Ensure correct raw materials and color masterbatches are used as per production order
– Prepare and submit daily production reports (output, downtime, waste, manpower)
– Resolve minor machine issues and operator errors on the floor
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Strong Mechanical aptitude and Trouble shooting skills in Thermforming process
- Ability to read and interpret Technical Documents and blue prints
